Yahoo Answers – The Answer To Becoming “The” Expert

Hey, you’ve heard before that you need to become the expert in your field right? You need to be known as the “go to person” in your filed of business.

Why?

Simply it increases sales.

When ever a potential prospect thinks of your market they should think of you.

For instance when ever I think of fast food hamburgers I think of McDonald’s.

It’s the reason why I blog. Because when ever a small business decides they want to increase profits, explode leads, and simply make more profits I want them to think of me. I want you to think of TheSmallBusinessMarketingBlog.com, I want you to remember the Free Report that they read and how it really opened their eyes to the world of instantly profitable marketing secrets.

So what does Yahoo Anwers have to do with the Answer to becoming “The” expert in your field?

Yahoo answers small business questionsWell, the other day I went to drop some bait in the Yahoo! Answers pool. I went and found people asking questions that were related to the fields I work in. Then I gave geniune answers to their questions and refered them to my free report.

Well I saw an instant spike in my traffic first, then I received a couple of email today that said my answer was chosen for the top answer. That said to me that people are loving the help, the solutions, the answers and consider me to be the expert in my field.

I am not saying that you have to go to Yahoo Answers and start answering questions, although it’s not a bad start, but you should find a pool of hungry fish related to your field and let them know that your the expert by answering the pressing questions they have.

Some suggestions would be Yahoo Answers, related blogs, forums, or message boards.
