		<description>I understand.  Over the last several years we have had to take care of my wife&#039;s mom and dad who both been diagnosed with cancer, so we understand were you&#039;re coming from.  We actually had to fire one group of nurses that were assigned to come in because they were just terrible, unclean, and not very professional.

		<description>We recently had a bad experience with care givers for my wife&#039;s grandmother that is now resulting in prosecution for theft and forgery.  Had we been more diligent on background checks, we could have avoided this whole situation.</description>
